* Too little rent data for a reliable average
What these numbers are
They are asking prices: the average of what landlords and sellers ask in listings, per square metre, for all kinds of homes. Signed prices are lower. The City of Zagreb’s register of signed leases (eNekretnine) put the 2024 average at 11.29 €/m², when listings asked about 15 €/m².
Gross yield is a year of rent divided by the price: rent × 12 ÷ price per m². It leaves out the building fund, repairs, tax, empty months and purchase costs. For one flat, the yield calculator works out the net figure.
Where there is too little rent data for a reliable average, the district’s rent and yield are hatched on the map rather than coloured.

How does your flat compare?
Rentabl tracks the rent you actually collect and the costs you actually pay, so you see the real yield of each flat, not the asking one.
