Using Rentabl

You may use the service to manage your own long-term rentals. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account secure.

Plans and billing

The Free plan covers one unit. Pro is €9 per unit per month for unlimited units and the AI features. Business is priced on request. Paid plans renew until cancelled.

AI features

AI assistance is a tool, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. Always verify important outputs. You control which assistants may access your data.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranty. We may update these terms; we’ll flag material changes.
