Is Rentabl for short-term (Airbnb) rentals?
No — Rentabl is built specifically for long-term tenancies: leases, monthly rent, utilities, deposits and yield. That focus is exactly what the short-term tools miss.
Do I have to use your AI?
No. The app is fully usable on its own, and the Free plan lets you connect your own assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) over the open MCP standard. The built-in AI chat and email automation are part of Pro.
Is it localized for Croatia?
Yes — OIB, EUR, Croatian bills and the app itself in Croatian. The yield is calculated the way Croatian landlords think about their flats: what you paid, what comes in and what the flat costs you.
What does it cost?
Free for one flat. Pro is €9 per flat per month and adds bill reading from your email, the in-app assistant and the tenant portal. Business is priced individually for agencies and companies.
Is my data secure?
Your rental data is yours. AI access goes through a single, revocable MCP endpoint that you control — you decide which assistant can read and act, and you can cut it off anytime.
Can both owner and tenant use it?
Yes. You manage your flats; your tenant gets their own login to see rent, bills and documents, report repairs and message you. You both look at the same numbers.
Do I have to be good with technology?
